Memory Loss on a mountain

Hey everyone,
I am looking for a story which I read a long time ago, and can't find anymore...
The male PoV is somewhere in the mountains and finds a woman in an accident and with memory loss. They cannot leave the mountain/cabin for some time, and during this time sparks (and more?! - I don't remember) fly...
Unfortunately, she remembers eventually that she has a boyfriend/fiancé, or that fiancé (and her mother?) find her.
So she goes with them, leaving the PoV-character alone and sad...
But at the end of the story, the woman comes back, having decided that she rather wants to be with the PoV of the story... (not sure if there were also some factors of negativity/abuse/or something in her relationship with the boyfriend/fiancé, too long ago to remember).

Rom-Com is not so far off (nearly sure it is in the Romance section...). But I do not remember "Christmas" coming in, but rather melting snow...

I came up with four results. One of them is similar, but I don't think it's what you are looking for. Cala de Sirena. This is actually a story about mermaids and broken hearts.

Are you thinking of The Mountain by Dreamcloud? It sort of matches your description, but it's the male MC's family who splits the couple up.
