Members Logging On storyside

I noticed that everytime we show up, we have to log on. Is there any way to make it "cookied" so that we're automatically logged in when we show up? Some of us, okay I am too lazy to do it sometimes and end up voting anonymously. Some of us may think we are already logged in cause we did it once. I noticed there is an easy way to log off, so multiple users on one puter wouldn't have that big of a problem logging in under their own ID.

That's on our list of things to do. Right now, we're just trying to get the whole shebang stable (so that it's fast and doesn't crash every few days). Once that's accomplished, we'll move on to other things.
