There is no way in hell a member of “The Left” voted for a Republican President.

I consider myself a moderate, pragmatic progressive Centrist, yet even I have never voted for a Republican President.

The last Republican President I would have voted for would have been Eisenhower.. I was considering John McCain over the relatively inexperienced Barack Obama, after Barack took down my first choice in the primary, but then McCain chose Sarah Palin as his running mate, and it made me question his judgement. Barack demonstrated great judgement by selecting Joe Biden as his running mate, as Joe brought a fuckton of legislative experience to the ticket.

I served under Commander in Chief George H.W. Bush. He was decent man and was blamed too much for the post Reagan recession. I voted for him in 92. But then voted Clinton in 96.
