Noor as Special Assistant to the Director for U.S.

Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the Department of Homeland
Security beginning July 28.

By the way, prior to this appointment she was a
mere graduate student at the University of Memphis with no practical
experience in either Security or Immigration.
