I have never, but certainly could imagine it, if I wanted to role play. Maybe some therapeutic suckery like this fantasy: Partial Oral Care. (complete with instructions)

My favorite medical scene is with one of those cheap plastic speculums...
Painted an orange-y yellow...
And flapped open and closed as I holler "AFLAC!"
Cracks me up everytime!

Recently I saw some casting done and it was very very hot. To the point where I am going to get into it.
Cast both legs and then cast a spreader bar between her ankles. The only thing that would have made it better would have been to put little wheels at her knees.

Role Playing with the woman (or man) you have been with (married or) for 30 or more years..may not work well...I suppose alcohol may help..it has.
Role playing with some one else usually works better for me. When Examing the "neighbors" wife it is easier to play the role of a doctor...My wife has had me examine her much too often for her to easily drift into the world of make believe.

A pair of black latex exam gloves can add serious intensity to any scene.
A great way to get started in medical play is by simply donning the gloves and exploring or 'examining' your submissive. No toys are needed and often leaves you both wanting to do more which is always the best way to try something new.

i'm interested but i really don't see Daddy doing one. His hands are just way too big and callused. No way he could pull himself off as a doctor.
