It would appear that psychopathic traits are not a mental illness, and therefore a person afflicted by such is excluded from the disability discrimination act. the basis for this quackery seems to be that such traits are a personality disorder and are 'untreatable'

huh- my crazy's always been accepted by the ADA- I've never had any problems with it. In school, I always had to go to the Students with Disabilities office and fill out some paperwork and whatnot, and there's never been any kind of problem. Psychopaths are totally covered under the disabilities heading here in the States.
