I guess I would start with having the patient answer a few questions about sexual preferences, habits and frequencies. then she would have to remove her clothes down to her panties and bra. I would then begin the eyes, ears and troat exam... then on to the breast exam, at which time I would remove her bra . After this I would have her lay on her stomach and I would slowly and gently lower her panties to about mid thigh so that I could take her temperature. and so the fun has begun... sound weird (preverted) or what.

You idea is not weird or perverted in any way it is more like exploring. (from a guys point of view) I think most peoples problems today is thery are to inhibited about sex. Everybody wants great sex but few know how to have great sex. I think I have found the answer with my wife and it is two people willing to fulfill each others fantasies and not worry about whether or not it is "wierd" or not. Good luck Dr. Ranger.
