I love to go and pick out meat. There are two in town, with piles and piles of meat. If I act cute and dumb I always get extra attention. Just finished making a couple 2" boneless pork chops, 12 hour Jamaican brine with a flash sear and high temp bake. I'm open to any and all stories concerning meat.
