If you measure from the base of your pubic bone you get one length. If you measure from your ball sac it's another (and longer). You measure it across the top, putting the ruler against the pubic bone. At least, that's the way I learned it.

You can tattoo whatever you like on your forehead. I think that the average circumference is around 5" max, although few men have that dimension throughout the length of their cocks. Mine was that size when I was young, although now that I'm in my seventies, it's not as thick ... maybe 4-1/2" at its thickest.

An exhaustive search of the topic indicates that the technically correct method is to have your partner fully lubricate and massage the member in question with their mouth for three to five minutes. Then using a calibrated measuring device observe the length from tip of the head to along the anterior region of the shaft to the surface of the skin above the pubic bone.

IIRC, measurements in a clinical environment are done on a FLACCID penis.
The penis is pulled to its furthest extent by hand and then measured with a calibrated device.

They stopped doing it that way when plastic man was measured at three feet. There was also an uncircumcised male that who was measured at 15 inches, but more than half of that was foreskin.

Measuring Penis Length

• Start by measuring the length of your penis
