President Biden has effectively shut down two Israeli banks...ISRAELI banks....funding Israeli settler terrorism in the West Bank.

They may no longer accept fund transfers into or out of the United States (the United States is the primary source of funding for these terrorists) furthermore, any US citizen using GoFundMe or other crowdsourcing platform to arm Israeli settler terrorists in the West Bank are subject to having their US assets frozen and being brought up on American criminal financial charges.

The Israeli government has directed these banks to "ignore" the American edicts, however the two major banks responsible for funding much of the terrorism have announced they will comply with the edict, as it would be financial suicide to lose ALL access to ANY foreign banking systems.

This has effectively frozen ALL domestic checking and savings accounts of illegal settlers in the two most violent illegal settlements in the West Bank, where radical Israeli "settlers" conducted a pogrom (word used by Israeli military commander) against Palestinians last year to push Palestinians out of their homes.
