A couple of things come to mind. There is no end to the things, odd and usual that turn humans on. One simply never knows what will get someone cranked up and that can be true after years of being together. I learned after ten years my wife didn't like cunnilingus. VERY disappointing.
It isn't all that surprising that you are vocal at his ministrations except during intercourse. Are you concentrating on something then, such as trying to climax, that you are not during oral or digital?

As was well said above; we humans are very complex and our sexual desires/fetishes can take on so many shapes.
