And, for the record, I went back through the "gang-rape" thread and want to sincerely apologize to any I upset by unintentionally trivializing that issue. That wasn't my intent at all, but I can see where it came off that way. Three years late, of course. But apologies for what they're worth. I had my point to make, and I can sometimes get tunnel vision when making my points, which are sometimes tangential to the main topic.

An occasional dish of humble pie, while less than palatable, is good for the soul.

So, yes, I was wrong and I'm man enough to admit it.

I also apologize for exploring the darker fantasies born of my rage, even in response to JBJ and with some humorous intent. They weren't funny and I should have known that. It was part malicious humor and part satire, but it was a dumb-ass response nonetheless. Gulags are not funny, even in jest and when directed at scum. I was a bit pissed (both in the English and American senses of the term), but being drunk is a poor excuse for a sick joke.
