I'm hiding in the AC too, except I'm actually cold, had to put a sweatshirt on.

exactly why it wasnt so bad.....

The book is called House of Leaves.

Its just really freaking wierd. Its all about this guy, Johnny Truant, who finds this unpublished academic style paper by a dead blind man. From there it goes to being 50% the paper, which is about a self made documentary (which doesnt exist) about a family that moves into a house that is apparently larger on the inside than the outside. It also has copious footnotes from Johnny Truant. Its actually written and printed in a way that gets progressively creepier . (I.E. the word house is always in Blue, and even more wierd ass stuff) So far its sort a cross between the beginning of Amityville Horror and The Shining.


The author is the brother of the singer POE, and her album HAUNTED is meant as a compliment to it.

I've never been one for jumping into the "shallow" end of the pool. I've always looked beyond the obvious.

I did take some pictures but I wasn't cold at that point, had just come out of a nice hot bath.

My eyes hurt. I took a video today do get some pics and I've been working on them since 11 this morning. First I had to take them, then I had to download them, then I had to go slowly through the video and pic pictures out. Ended up with almost 300 pictures of one outift. So had to go back through them, try to shorten the number down and save them from bitmap to jpeg.

*phew* I'm exhausted.

Oooh, and only got the number down to about half of what I originally had.

I can't look through these things again, I'll lose my mind. If you all see pictures that look the same just ignore them.
