It takes a lot of effort and practice and it may not pay off.

This was something that I always wanted to do but was never flexible enough to to achieve and gave up trying. Then a few years later I was at BJJ training and and we were doing some extreme stretches and to my surprise I was a lot more flexbile than before. So I did a few weeks of stretches and bingo! I could lick the end. A few more months and then could get the head in my mouth. I'm fairly average size in the trouser department. I'd also lost a few pounds as well.

But despite being able to do it I never really enjoyed. The position is a bit uncomfortable. Also it feels slightly odd having your cock in your mouth. Consider this - you can wank yourself off but you can't make yourself laugh by tickling yourself. I found that self-suck belongs to the latter category. Or maybe I'm just crap at giving head. So I kept at it for about 6 months but haven't done it for a while now.

The basic exercise to develop the flexibility is the front bend. Do it regularly and when warming up for an attempt. When trying it make sure you're empty - no big meals and take a dump. Warm up and do stretches. The best way at first is to lay on the bed, kick your legs over your head, and walk your feet down a wall. A small pillow behind the head helps. Be careful! Take it easy and look after your back at all time not just when you're doing it.

You don't need to have your ribs removed! They sort of fit outside your hips.
