Everybody is welcome. There is plenty of food, soda, and alcohol. Please be respectful, and try not to track sand into the house.

There are two bedrooms upstairs, a game room and parlor in the basement. The bar and the living room are on the first floor. The hot tub is in the back, and the beach is right out front.

So sit, eat, drink, mingle, talk and whatever else you want to do (I promise I wont tell).
