G*d blessed us with a comedic actor who brought joy, laughter, love, heartache, and so much more to me.

Matthew Langford Perry (August 19, 1969 – October 28, 2023) was an American and Canadian actor. He starred as Chandler Bing on the NBC television sitcom Friends from 1994 to 2004, and won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series for the role. He drowned in his hot tub days after twitting (or Xing) his amazement that sitting in warm water could be such a pleasure. I'm saddened by his passing, happy there were no drugs or alcohol that caused it, and pleased he lived the last years of his life on the straight and narrow.

G*d bless Matthew Perry, may he rest in peace.

Chandler died? I mean, Matthew Perry died? I better go read about this. I had no idea.

Friends wasn't perfect, but the cast was excellent, and they worked well together. The comic timing was great. Chandler was a well-drawn and well-performed character.

Yes, he was a funny guy. I was disappointed at his Oscar Madison, though. He seemed to be talking too loud for the situation and I'm not sure he was comfortable in the role.
