As I understand, anxiety about the orgasm itself can be enough to prevent orgasm being reached. Colleen's suggestion is perhaps as sound as they come (pardon the pun).

These days I try to avoid politics, but it's like trying to avoid masturbation. In the past I have been a paid bagman for a political party. All this and I write too. I'm not egotistical, however. Egoism is a character flaw that only affects mortals.

Exactly Box. And the point is that writing smut people enjoy inflates the writer's ego. You can't very well have a serious case of low self esteem if you have a huge ego, so I think if Style's problem is one of self image, writing may be just the thing she needs to break her orgasm block.
