i have to agree with a number of folks here...if it was somewhere that kids could be exposed, i would not find it at all appropriate. even though i do not currently have any of my own, i would be more than pissed if i came across that while watching nieces, nephews, etc.

If I honestly thought no-one would be hurt or offended, and no kids would see, I'd probably giggle and blush and walk off. However, I doubt thats likely to be the case in any public scenario, so I couldn't condone it. So I voted the middle one.

Legal or not, anything that would have a traumatic impact on chlidren should not be done. If a small child saw an adult masturbating in public, I would describe that as traumatic. So if I was with my children, I would probably call the police. This is a wierd space, I am not an exhibitionest so I don't know how to even think about finding a safe place for exhibitionism when children could potentially be around. Restrict it to clubs and private parties?
