As far as the right hand goes, its mostly about varying speed and length of stroke. Whether to hold tight and move the loose flesh up and down, or use a light grip running over the shaft. Whether to run over the tip, or just the shaft.

I think the entire idea of performing for an audience would be to make it last. Slow, leisurely, tyring to build close to a climax, then slowing down. Making it last as long as possible.
I do have to offer one warning, tho.
