Well I take a shot at this
Take your time. Get comfortable. Find something that get you aroused - pitures, stories whatever. Then begin to Explore your body with your hands. You don't have to be naked for this. Try to focus on the sensations. Find out what you like. This is not something that you can do just once, but is actually a life long jurney. Most of all enjoy yourself. I am sure some of the ladies can give you better pointer but I hope this helped.
