massage turning into tantra

A female friend of mine runs half marathons cross country. We have discussed the possibilty for me to give her a relaxing massage after one of her runs.

I am interested in tantric massages and I know that she is interested too. So far, nothing has happening, but a recurring fantasy is of me giving her a relaxing massage that turns into a tantric massage and finally for us both having sex.

Suggestions of turning this into a story are welcome.

I have never written a story before so I am looking for the best way to turn it into a story. E.g. should I start with the run itself to use that as an introduction of the characters or should I start with the situation after the race.

I see the buildup of the story as follows:
Introduction: short description of the race to introduce the main characters, me and female friend. No talk of massage yet
Drive female friend to her home: discussion of race and offer and acceptance of massage.
At her home: she wants to take a shower immediately, asks me to join her. Some clean fun happens alreday in the shower.
Setting of area, music, massage lotions, bed. Start of regular massage
This turns slowly into some tantric techniques which she likes .
In the end the climax

Now to only find the time to write it. Putting this message here already clarified my mind.

Well, if you want to focus on the erotic tension during a platonic massage that turns erotic, I'd skip any shower fun beforehand; save it for later or ditch it. If you're already getting naked and soapy with each other, it's not a big surprise when a massage gets touchy.
