Mass Effect ORP?

Just curious if anyone has tried running a role play thread based on the Mass Effect universe. Perhaps a side story to the main stories that occur in the game. Seems like a fascinating world to base a RP on.

I believe some one did not to long ago. I didn't follow it, so I don't know what went on.

It is an amazing world though. So many games talk about taking you to these amazing other places, mass effect is about the only one that seemed to deliver and it was all because the little details. Like in the second game they have one of the aliens, who's species is only 20 years long, shopping to get something special for his wife, one of the blue girls that live for 300 years. He was so worried that she wouldn't have any way to remember him when he was gone. There was no quest to go along with it, it was just a random conversation you can ease drop on.
