Kissing the Fair Iron Kitten's hand I put the gems back in their leather pouch.

Walking away hurt that I was trying to bribe a fair maiden for affection or expecting something in return. Now where did Kaybar and Jaybar get off to?

Hello everyone. Fair Mindy, That's Dragon Tamer, my companions and I hunt and kill Dragon Slayers and Dragon Hunters. Fair Mindy would you happen to have any coffee or tea? And may I sit by your fire to warm up, 'Tis cold out there and the old war wounds are acting up. I almost forgot, Fair Mindy would you like me to keep Kaybar and Jaybar outside?

Going over to the Fair Kitten, I look in the bag and pull out three of the darkest blue sapphires in the bag. One is heart shaped (about 20 to 30 carats), one is cut in a Marquise cut (about 25 carats) and the third is cut in an oval, (about 25 carats). Take your Pick oh Fair one, they cannot compare to your beautybut take the one you want and Have a Happy Holiday. Do any of these meet with your approval.

I feel ridiculous dressed like this but my people like me to wear it during this time of the year. I miss my armor and sword.

Maving back to the bag a I take out a golden oval sapphire. Bringing it back to you, "Here, you can put this on Sultan it matches his eyes."

Looking in the bag by the Fair Kitten I search for what I am looking for as some of the gems ar mounted in rings or necklaces. Finding what I was looking for I move over to the Fair Mindy.

"This is only 8 to 10 carat Marguies cut deep green emerald mounted in a simple style gold ring." Walking over to the Fair Mindy, "Is this to your liking?"

A bit of trivia. Do you realize that emeralds, rubies, sapphires and other precious gems are more rare than diamonds, but because the diamond trade is so tightly regulated and controled and should actually be less expensive than theh other gems.

*smiling and grinning at Kaybar as she reaches in her back pocket and removes two pieces of silk..but this is not ordinary silk. it is stronger and thicker then usual, and as soft as a newborn kitten. she reaches deep into the bottom of the bag and finds tiny remnents of diamons and crystals.. she takes them out slowly in her palm as not to cut herself and presses the tiny jewels into the georgous fabric, making it sparkle like nothing this world has ever seen. Once satisfied she folds and curls the silk around the neck of each cat, making them their own special collar. She looks over at Dragon Tamer for aproval before kissing each cat on their paws*
