see my previous comments that celeb stories about B list starlets end up being generic.
Few contributors on this forum do celeb stories. If we do them at all, its rare. If you had a clever twist, someone might try.
I'd like to see your attempt Max. Do a draft and find a volunteer editor. Post it. Bing! You're a writer too! I'll be happy to read it once posted.
Plotting is easy- read some of the celeb stories (check out carnage jackson) ) and substitute your character in the generic plot. Just don't plagarize!
Or, pm a celeb writer with the idea.
