Okay, so I searched, and 'branding' was not what I wanted to know about.

I'd like to know if other people "mark"... no, I don't mean peeing on your partner (though that's fun, too).

Do you ever write your name on your sub.. in permanent or non-permanent ink? Do you ever have him/her write your name on him/herself?

If so, why? If not, why not?

ok, personally i'd say that's a step too far but each to his own.

I've used permanent marker, but not for marking. I used it to write poetry on someone's body, and told them that, by the next time they saw me, they were to be clean of it.
