Someone once asked me who I ranked as the top five guitar players in the world. I said,Chet Atkins, Leo Kottke, Django Reinhardt, Mark Knopler and George Benson.

"Who the fuck are those guys?"

I replied, "I'm sorry you asked for the best in the world. I didn't know you were looking for list of people you heard of."

It was a rare hipster moment for me.
