I keep returning to this one and wondering what the wife (Connie) is like after the rescue. Maybe she's had the bad plastic surgeries repaired/reversed, but what are her tastes like now? it could be so many things, was there marriage a happy one, did he or she have any secrets,did she wont out and couldnt bring herself to say anything,there was no mention of a family so maybe no ties,devout christian, good job, it could be either she had a total mental breakdown and couldnt rememebr anything, had troubers that she ran away from, kidnapped ,had a secret lover who she ran away with.

Some fixes would make this story better. So if someone went missing 6 years ago, they are declared dead in some areas after a certain period of time. You mention the poor plastic surgery right off but go to explain it later which we got from the first sentence, lots of unnecessary info . Also men don't come 3 times in a row. There is a refractory period after orgasm at which it becomes painful. Being young doesn't change that.

Faking her disappearance can give the husband more anger.
