Some fixes would make this story better. So if someone went missing 6 years ago, they are declared dead in some areas after a certain period of time. You mention the poor plastic surgery right off but go to explain it later which we got from the first sentence, lots of unnecessary info . Also men don't come 3 times in a row. There is a refractory period after orgasm at which it becomes painful. Being young doesn't change that.

Faking her disappearance can give the husband more anger.

There are enough news stories about cults where the leader sexually exploits members to give this plot some legs. Or maybe it's work related. She was drugged on a trip then blackmailed.
