A good diet, enough sleep, and a good multi-vitamin would be a good start. Then add some Horny Goat's Weed as a supplement. But check that one with your doctor first. It probably wouldn't hurt to tell your doctor about this either. You might be anemic and there are things that can be done for that.

My depression does not result in problems with orgasm, but various other.

And the only thing that really helped me is professional help, i.e. seeing a dcotor and therapist.
