Identical twins, Mike and Ike, grew up in a big city with a lousy public school system. They had parents of modest means but great aspirations. So, they enrolled the twins as a single student at a prestigious prep-school sending each on an alternating day, It worked, so the twins did the same in college, graduating near the top at both schools.

Along the way there were some technical issues, like dating. Most gals just saw them as extremely energetic and a bit forgetful (suspend your disbelief for a moment) but one particularly horny and adventurous young woman saw through their game and liked it.

Now, they work as a single highly regarded expert in their field. Ike today and Mike tomorrow, while their shared wife spends her days getting plowed by one then the other on alternating days and her evenings taking them both.

I like the idea. Quite a lot. I'd add at least one other woman who figures it out, maybe a school nurse who notices a single mole on a calf on Monday, that isn't there on Tuesday and the cut that is magically healed. Knowing that the boys will agree with anything to keep their ruse intact, she uses them both to have a wild affair knowing they would never tell anyone.

The girlfriend though, she's a wild little thing who can see the advantages of having two men. I'd have the story focus on double penetration as a kink. But the woman would have all the power in the relationship because she could bring their whole world crashing down, revealing them as frauds and criminals. A femdom story would fit perfectly.
Or if incest is your thing, wonder what mom is doing with the other young man every day.

The sons get adept at using glasses, wigs and fake mustache/beards so they don't have to be complete shut-ins on their off days.

It's very imaginative and out-of-the norm and could make an excellent story.
