I have not done any research on this subject, but how does the group feel about male escorts? What if a lady, needs an escort to the theater? Maybe she is a widower or maybe, her husband is just too busy.....

is this idea over done? too cheezy?

to be honest, there is a large male escort service down in florida, not in the way most would think of, where the men escort women to the theater and stuff. i think naples has the largest % of wealthy people in the states....and lets face it women live longer then men! so, what is a girl to do!

Tell you the truth, I am surprised there aren't more male escorts out there, see ads for them in a free paper here, but there will be like 8 male escorts and 90 female escorts. I think the saddest part, the female escorts all sound more like full on whores than escorts.

Oh and please do a male escort story, be nice to read about how he gets payed to do those things instead of the other way around.

well, i'm sure that there are call girls down here also.

i actually read about the male escort in the paper. the newspaper talked about these wealthy women, who missed the company of men and still wanted to have an active social life. so there are men that escort the women to parties and the theater. the men enjoyed the lifestyle as they were able to go to the theater, and see how the other side lives. the women were happy, as they can attend parties and not feel embarrased.

Sounds like a good plotline to me; lots of easily mined depth, intriguing situations, subject matter that I enjoy. So I say go for it, I'll look forward to reading it.

Pardon my interjection, but I see you all talking about the customer's POV. That story has possibilities, but there is another option - that of the Escort himself. It might be interesting to imagine what he would be thinking going to pick up some older women - Is she fat, is she gray, does she smell, does she have to wear DEPENDS, etc?? Then finding something worthwhile when he arrives which leads to...

Just a thought.

hum, i've been toying with that idea but was worried that the story would be short....only a copule of chapters.

in the newspaper article, the women ranged in age from 35 to 55, so i dont think any would be in Depends....just a little lonely. i love the conflict she would go through, first makeing the phone call, then having him alone....to have a man interested in her, should she allow him to seduce her?

BUT most escort boytoys are bi or gay and their services are for wealthy men and usually include sexual favors. This might add an interesting twist to your story. Certainly would allow it to be longer.

I dont think love would be the issue, but talk about complications and drama.
