making sex toys

i am in a long distance relationship, with my boyfreind obviously, and we are both rahter kinky, i would love to have a copy of 'him' >=). does anyone have any ideas on a way to mold and cast such a thing? or any ideas on other fun things to use in or on me not specifically sex toys and not the obvious veggies, thanks a lot.

use plaster of paris to make a mould. coat it in oil when dry. pour more pp int it wait for it to set, and voila! then coat in liquid latex, wait to dry and paint...or whatever

two concerns, how long does that take to cure the plaster mould, and two, are there any soft things i could use to create the copy. like a soft foam or like a silicone, would that be safe?

I read about a product for making cock moulds which you can get from sex shops. It's a silicone type thing. I forget the name or the product, but If you go down to your lacal adult store they may be able to give you more info.

On this craft show I watch...heehee...you didn't know about my creative side, did you? they advertise this product, which I can't recall the name of...anyways, you can make a mould of your hand...generally used with children because it's so easy...anyways, you set your hand in it and after about 5 minutes, the rubber (or whatever the hell it is) sets...then you paint the inside with some plaster and fill it up...after so long, it sets and you have a perfect mould of your hand...this sounds dumb, but it's 2 am and I can't sleep or even think...anyways..that might work, maybe you could fill the mould with a silicone substance instead...see, I really know nothing about it...sorry

It takes forever to get that much silicone to cure. Silicone cures from either evaporation or uv light and both are slow while in an enclosed space.

Best thing if possible is to just bite the bullet and go to a sex shoppe and buy one that is the right shape and size, or mail order one. If you must make your own then slowly add layers till it is close to right size then use cast for final skin formation, or I guess you could slowly fill in layers both halves of the cast and trim them just before putting them together with silicone.

True for the kind that comes in a tube (like Dow Corning RTV brand) There are silicon products that are made for filling voids. They are like Epoxy in that they use a catalytic hardner.

If you can't find something suitable at a Hobby shop, then ask for 'Potting Compund' at an electrical supply house. There are several types and grades, so it would take some experimenting to find the particular brand/composition that will set up to the desired texture and feel. (you don't have to tell them what you're molding, just the characteristics you want it to set with. <G> )

Another possibility: Search on-line. I've seen an ad for a kit to make 'personalized' toys. Unfortunately, I don't recall where, and it's been some time ago.
