I need help in saving movies taken with a digital camera. I can play them directly from the camera on Media Player, as well as send the files to someone else via Yahoo, but I can't seem to figure out how to save the files to play them with Media Player. Since they're of an adult nature, I want to save them on a flash drive, rather than the hard drive.

Can anyone help me?

I won't clutter up this post with system and hardware details yet.

I think you have to download it into your computer, then plug in your flash drive and drag it into the drive. After it is complete you then delete it off of your computer. On mine it puts it in 2 places, so you would have to delete both.

Your computer doesn't care where you save files. Plug in the flash drive, create the folder for the movies, then when you download the movies you designate the flash drive (which registers as a removable drive on the computer ) folder as the save location.

You could also just save them to the computer then drag/drop them to the flash drive and delete them from the computer. The average person won't be able to retrieve the data. If you're really paranoid about it, then get a disk wiping program that overwrites free space, irrevocably deleting anything that was previously in that space.

Thank you for your assistance. I didn't follow your instructions exactly, but I managed to find a solution that seems to work for now.

A  from the good little witch.
