Chocolate in the temperer

http://blackberryrails.com/choc/10.jpg

I cut up the chocolate and put it in the bowl behind the baffle.

The temperer heats up air and blows it against the bowl as it rotates. As the chocolate melts, it seeps past the baffle and into the part of the bowl that I will dip fruit into.

There is a thermometer in the baffle that measures the temperature of the melted chocolate to ensure the proper temperatures are reached.

This is the most beautiful thread I've ever seen!!

I think you've found a way to a woman's heart.

Only "bad" think is that with the weather so hot.. I can't send it. So if they want "some", they'll have to come to me.

Wait.. that's not so bad.. Is it?

Look at you! Making the ladies drool and shit!

I love chocolate dipped strawberries, and they're actually not so bad for you. I use dark chocolate - the darkest I can find, and do the double boiler thing. But I don't much care if mine are pretty or not.

I haven't made them in a while. You've inspired me!

I want some homemade soup and cornbread. Might be my dinner meal for the Georgia game tomorrow.

SO caillebaut is the shizznit then huh?

My diet must be working, they are lovely works of art and I'm not clawing the screen at them.

I'm a Scharffen berger girl. But I'm a Northern California foodie dork loyalist that way.

Really nice, Chris! Gorgeous shots, too...you shoot food well. You should consider submitting some of those to the stock photography sites and making a few bucks off 'em.

That's a heck of a set-up you have; very cool. Now where are my raspberries in dark?
