Hey Sexy Emm! Thank you for thinking of me. I haven't logged on in so long. I've been pretty much living at work and at the gym. I've lost almost 15 lbs. so far. I haven't felt this good in so long.

Fresh new pics right after I got home from the gym tonight…. I was pretty wiped out and sweaty. I hammered out 45 minutes on the stair climber…. Feeling pretty good although I know I'm going to pay for it tomorrow!
