Making a calendar?

I would like to make a sexy calendar for my husband for Christmas...I have a few pictures that I'm planning on using and need to take a few more. Anyway, my question is, does anyone have any suggestions on how to put into calendar format? I know I could simply print it on paper and then put it together that way, but I wanted someone a little more professional looking.

I also half thought about making him a desk type calendar, but instead of 365 days, making one for each month, but then again I have to figure out how to display it....I've also thought about doing a digital calendar that he could use as his desktop background on his computer.

Has anyone done this before? Do you have any tips or suggestions or me?

Over on the General Board, they're actually putting together a Ladies of Lit calendar, and apparently have done so in the past in a digital format. You might want to contact the OP.
