make up

so ive dressed a little since i was like 12. mostly underwear and dresses. now that im grown im starting to get my own outfits and such. so i want to take the next step and start wearin make up.
but my girl friends and family dont know i do this so i cant go to them for make up tips. so im comin to u.

wat shud i get? what shud i avoid? i want to go all out so i know theres a lot of stuff i have to get. so i think a checklist wud be in order.

Dont forget to chck out Youtube, they have a good number of How To make up videos and also for hairstyling. Its a free and anonymous source you dont even need a youtube account and you can download the vids using a program to like youtube downloader to keep the vids for future reference.
I found it very useful even for someone as expereinced as me when I was creating a full on Gwen Stefani look last summer.
