Too many variables. Perfection is subjective.
Some (subjective) constants:

Barley flour in the crust.
Real mozzarella cheese, not the skim stuff.
Tomato sauce cooked before spreading.
Root beer to accompany.

as the the lil miracle used to say when she was lil'er...."you know my momma don't cook".....so we go out for really cool pizzas or order one from Pizza Hut.....i like Meat Lovers or Pepperoni Lovers (no green thangs for moi).....thin 'n crispy....light sauce....the lil miracle prefers "sausage balls"....so she gets the Sausage Lovers....with zillions of lil sausage balls....the girl answering the phone last time we ordered, got tickled when i slipped and said sausage ball pizza.....

Having grown up in an area that was 60% Italian, with a mom and pop pizza shop on every corner, i would submit this:

Crust made from Softasilk flour.
Sauce cooked from Roma tomatos.
Hand tossed
Olive oil
Julliened fresh basil
Pepperoni or soprasetta
Mushrooms
Anchovies
Covered with thinly sliced imported mozzarella
Baked in a stone oven at 750 degrees for 4 minutes.
