18th birthday party for a girl. Girl is blowing out candles. Someone suggests that she make a wish. She does. A blue-skinned djinn shows up. He says, "Wish granted. You have two more wishes." At this point, one would expect that a rather large amount of excitement would occur.

Wait! What about a life sized blow up doll of Elvis with oversize parts that says "I'm all shook up" when ever she starts to ride him. 
Not sure what she wishes for. I'm deeply curious what the first wish was, myself. Anyhow, the real kicker for me of this idea is that a djinn pops up in front of her and all her friends. A bit of a shock and sure to prompt suggested wishes from friends.
This could easily be done by more than one author, but alas the unique idea is already set.

Genies, by nature, are tricksters. It would be interesting to see where a twisted mind could take such a story!

I will say I'd rather read about a mischievous yet good-hearted genie over one who turns all the party-goers into bimbos or whatever. Hell, perhaps the genie itself could participate in whatever sex occured.
I'd get a kick out of it if all three wishes ended up having the genie screwing the party-goers, at which point the genie could shock the birthday girl, who thought she'd used up all her wishes, by thanking her for granting *his* wishes and indicating that she has 3 wishes as well.
Still, the basic idea is rather open-ended so there are plenty of other places this could go.
