When cleaning out mail boxes be sure to check all the folders:
1. Incomeing
2. Sent Copies
3. Tracking
When I frist got my mail box I'd clean out my Incomeing, and then see that I still had like 20 messages, it took me a while to notice the tab on the right hand of my mail boxes for the other folders, and even longer than that to notice when I send a PM I can chose if I wanted to keep track of it or keep a copy of it.
