Mail Issues (temporary, I hope)

Hiya, all... My wonderful new DSL line is completely f**ked right now, so I'm receiving about half the mail sent and I can't seem to send any mail I write. I'm hoping the problem is temporary, but I wanted to drop a note to all of you who've sent me email (be it stories submissions or whatever) in the last day or two so you know I'm not intentionally ignoring you. I've responded, but my @#!$ ISP won't deliver the buggers. Thanks for your patience, and take care...

Okay, so now not only can I not send mail, but I can't receive any either. Argh! Hopefully, sometime tonight the problem will be fixed. Called my DSL provider up (who shall remain nameless, for now) and was told they'll "look into it". Anyhow, thanks for your patience...

Thanks for confirming all the nasty things I've heard about DSL, Laurel. I guess I'll just have to continue with snail like connection speeds and dependable service.

hey lasher... I have DSL too, but I have absolutely no complaints... it is a HELL of a lot more dependable than a dial-up (in my case that is)... maybe it is just Laurel's provider?

Sounds Like Earthlink or GTE Laurel, You need someone like me to fix it for you ehehe
