Actually, none so far and I have used it for over two years. Of course the computer has to be on for the one I have, but they have a new one that plugs into your router, no computer needed.

One thing though, if the network...ie. Internet...is slow, the call can be choppy. I have only had that happen once in two years.

Oh, did I mention the call quality is better than a landline or cell phone?

And the price...$19.95 a year! Can't beat that with a phrodeau.

Well there is the initial cost for the equipment...

for the Plus(router) the price is around $69-$79, that includes one year of service.

for the standard(computer) the price is around $39 and includes the one year of service.
