Magic is a Contrary Product

That sounds painful.

I've also noticed that Magic (and other depilatory products) vary in their effectiveness. My hair seems to grow immune to them over time. The first time, it comes out all super smooth, but the more often I use Magic, the more stubbly I turn out. S'weird.

It has slightly burned me too. I waited awhile before I used it again and so far so good. Hope your little pussy gets well quick!:)

Yeah, remember? I suggested Veet mousse, if you can find it. I suggest looking in a large drugstore, because I couldn't find it at my local Target.

No mess, no stubble (mostly), and no pain.

Does that Veet mousse stuff smell any better? Magic just smells gross! If the mousse smells better I think I'll try it!

Waaayyylll...I can't really remember...hang on, lemme go smell it.

Okay, I'm back. I don't have a sample of Magic for comparison, but I would have to say Veet doesn't smell all that great, but it might smell better than Magic. Veet smells okay, but it has this funny metallic after-smell. Doesn't cling to you after use, though.

Poor Lavy. Does anyone else use Bikini Zone after hair removal? I do and I rarely ever have any kind of irritation. And I have Irish skin. lol

K, well now I feel like a retard for pming Pyper asking about the Veet Mousse when it's right here in plain sight.

Sunstruck, I use it all the time, although in the summer if I get sweaty I still get a heinous razor burn :(

Lavy, wanna borrow the flaming pussy av Dillinger made for me after my last Magic encounter?

I've used Bikini Zone. Didn't do a damn thing. This whole trimmed look is way easier to maintain, and zero pain.

Oh I agree. I have very little hair to deal with so I'm not concerned. But it works, for me anyway, when I wax my eyebrows, or if my pits get irritated. It's an analgesic.

The only time I ever got razor burn was when I was too impatient to wait a whole 8 minutes for the mousse to take effect, and decided to shave the bikini line instead (not with the mousse on, I mean!). Yuck, I'm never doing that again.

I've given up using a razor on the bikini line. Yeowch.

I too have noticed that it loses its effectiveness over time and that the scented version blows.

I am letting the hair grow out for a couple of weeks to see if it will go back to working like it did before.
