Next week there will be a special election and there are some initiatives on the ballot. I have read the voters' handbook and made decisions on how I am going to vote. In deciding, I ignored the TV commercials because they are not very truthful anyhow. 
One ballot measure is about changing the way lines are drawn for congressional districts and seats in the legislature. Until now, politicians have set the boundaries and, like all politicians, they want to get re-elected so they draw the lines the way to help themselves. Of all the ballot measures, this one is lied about the most. The anti forces, who are all politicians and their minions, have carried on a strong campaign against them, and that campaign includes more lies than any other, maybe more than all others combined. If I didn't already know, that would be proof on just how dishonest politicians are.
If enough voters believe their outrageous lies, they might win yet.
