No, not the breakfast cereal, but that doesn't sound half bad right now...

I'll know by tonight whether or not I'm getting a job that I've been really hoping for. So I'm breaking out all my good luck voodoo spells, trying not to pet my black cat too much...

What do you do to entice good luck, if anything?

Luckless in Lawson,
Elllie

(James Leer stands outside the Chancellor's house, holding a small handgun. Grady Tripp wanders outside to light up a joint. Puffing on it, he sees Leer step out of the shadows)

Leer: It's fake (indicates towards the gun). My mother won in it in a penny arcade in Boston, when she went to Catholic school. It's just for good luck, you know. Some people carry rabbit's feet...

Tripp: (dryly) You carry firearms.

Name that movie! :D

You just made me hungry

Lucky charms? I don’t carry any. I don’t know why? Don’t have any I guess.

edited because I know that movie and I can't think of the title!

My mother liked to polish rocks she found at the beach.

She gave me one. It is a flat, smooth oval, cream colored with a deep pink streak deep within the middle.

I carry it with me when I have a dilemma and hold it in my hand in my pocket. It helps me think or to put my thoughts away, whichever is important at the moment.

Lucky? I don't know. Comforting? Yes.

Magically delicious, indeed.

I think that my medial patellar retinaculum is my lucky charm. It's with me all the time, whether I want it to be or not.

I certainly hope so!
