I've been on low/no carbs for about two weeks now, and I know what you mean by kicking the habit. I have to lose weight in order to enlist in the military so I can continue my education with out becoming insanely impovershed... I'm at 207 right now (and I've already lost 5 lbs.) I need to get to 145. I'm totally in for support (giving and recieving). I also find that my corset helps me. Figure-wise and muscle support wise... it gives me something to anticipate. When I can have a thinner figure, with out being laced in (although, I don't look forward to having to buy new corsets to conform with a thinner figure)

<-------- Corset fiend!!!!!!!!!!

Babe - that no guy has cum on here and demanded that you wear your corset and do fifty push-ups while they stroke their veining cocks - is beyond my comprehension! You deserve it just for asking! :)

Corseting definitely helps with reducing hunger, but it may not be healthy over the long term. That said, I get very wet while being laced into any of mine. :)

Have you checked out our BDSM Cafe Weight Loss Thread? I highly recommend it for support.

Aurie dont give up, my girl was able to take off 40 lbs in 6 weeks on the low/no carb diet. remember that any diet does need the exercise to truly work and the mind/behavior modification to keep it off.. btw if the AV is really you in a word lovely!!!. Good fortune in your quest..

As an Active Duty Service member (AF personally, go zoomies) I'd recommend adding running to your every other day routine and on the off days pushups and situps.
I know the AF and Army have either or standards- meet either the weight or the body fat % and you're in. Weight's safer bet but body fat % may be your ticket in. I know the AF wants 28% or less in females.
Oh- and DO NOT GO IN OPEN GENERAL!!! Have your job guarantted in writing before you ever set foot on a bus!!! I say this because I was one number away from being an SP (AF cop) . Am a Med tech instead and while I like my job, it was the LAST thing on my list.
If you want more info on AF jobs, let me know.

Good luck!
