Low Fat Cake Frosting

I'm baking a fancy cake for my mother and sister in law for Mother's Day, and originally I was going to use basic buttercream frosting, but it's too high in fat and cholesterol.

Does anyone have any great low or non fat cake frosting recipes? Simple and not too sugary would be wonderful.
