It's dragged on a bit. I logged the fault first. Then they wanted to know the serial number which is on the box that I no longer had. Real shame that it's not displayed via the app. Other devices do it, Lovense need to implement it. Alternatively they wanted the login name used, so they must be able to find it out from my account details somehow. As it was bought from Amazon and not directly from them they wanted a copy of the receipt. No problem to all of that. So they agree it is in warranty, it's only about six weeks old.
They now want a video of the device turned on and me pressing the power button to cycle it through the different modes. The button clicks must be audible. They provide a link to upload the video.
I will hope to do that tomorrow.

Update on the Gush going wrong. After a week of talking to Lovense and jumping through several hoops, they said as I had not purchased it directly from them they couldn't help me.

Why didn't they tell me that last week. Contacted Amazon who after 30 seconds said to return it for a refund. No surprise as the price has gone up by £6. Amazon have supplied a UPS label to return it, so no cost to me.
The $64 million dollar question is do I get another one?

Delivery from Lovense is a bit vague, 2 - 4 days. I need a precise day when I know I'm going to be in home alone, my prude wife doesn't approve of toys. I'll work something out.
