We can buy it in the can in most vending machines over here. Ask any foreigner in Japan who has attempted the Midosuji Run in Osaka. 11km and 18 beer vending machines, a can of full strength from each. But if they run out of standard size you have to scale up to a super size. Gets messy.

Midosuji Run! I tried that 25 years ago! I don't know if it was the first 6 machines in the first km or the first available toilet only after 4km.
