Sounds .... elitist.
'They' don't consider fish to be meat.
Canned chicken aint bad in certain recipes.
Beef stew meat in a can is...well...something, though.

I am sure we agree about a lot of things. Just because people have a different set of experiences in life that lead them to different viewpoints doesn't mean that we have no common ground. It would be great if we all tried to understand each other when there are divergent viewpoints. We can all come together over our mutual distain for Pumpkin Spice Spam. Agree?
Who knew Spam can bring people together?

Lol! Agree.
I know, right? Disdain for 'white bitch' coffee flavoured gelatinous pig unifying? You go, Spam, uniting the world one thought induced gag reflex at a time!![]()

Not even tuna?

Beef stew in a can is dog food.

Beef stew in a can is dog food. And as a stuffy bitch, I would know.
All ya'll ain't never been hungry.
Do tell.

I have had tuna from a can eons ago. More recently I’ve had lots of soups that contained beef and chicken from a can. It’s not my favorite, but it’ll do in a pinch.
Ramen > spam in every way.

Even true ramen has less protein. Even if you add frozen meatballs.

True. I tend to jazz mine up. It was really more directed at Thør’s comment about never haven been hungry. In that situation, perhaps not nutritionally, but taste wise ramen wins imho.

Even cubed and mixed in mac n cheese?

MSG....Umami heaven.

If we are talking ĂĽber cheap eats, nothing can compare.
This ought to be a poll. Mac n cheese vs ramen. Dressed up or bare bones, processed goodness.

Mac n cheese dry powder style, or foil packet of ooze?
Sometimes I will make ramen, drain the water, then add butter and the flavor packet.
Also, chicken or beef? I always go beef.

For the purpose of a poll it would have to be powder pack.
I like mine exactly the same way if I am not intentionally making a soup that would call for other ingredients like an eggs and veggies. I lean towards chicken but will still toss veggies in the water while it’s boiling. I prefer packaged blocks with steamed veggies and butter sans broth.
